Return Policy Overview

We are happy to accept your returned garment so long as it is unworn (of course you can try it on!), unwashed and in new condition with the tags attached.

All returns must be made within 30 days from receipt. Excludes all final sale items. 

Please allow 3-5 business days upon arrival of your returned item(s) for us to process your return and for your refund to occur. A credit will be issued to the original credit card for the item(s') amount, less the original shipping costs. You will receive an email notification when your credit has been processed. 

We will provide a prepaid USPS return label for all returns. If you're requesting a refund, we charge a $5 shipping fee for using our shipping label and the amount will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange your purchased garment for the same item in a different size or color so long as it is unworn, unwashed and in new condition with the tags attached.

All exchanges must be made within 30 days from receiptExcludes all final sale items. 

For exchanges, please note that we do NOT hold or save items in our current inventory. If you want to speed up the process, feel free to purchase the items you'd like and then return the original items for a refund. If we are out of stock on the item(s) being exchanged, we will issue a refund.

SHIPPING ON EXCHANGES IS PAID BY PACTIMO. You will be provided a prepaid USPS return label via email.

If you decide to cancel your exchange for a refund, the amount of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund.

Repair Policy Overview

Pactimo merchandise has a lifetime warranty, baring normal wear and tear. 

We believe in the quality of our products and want you to enjoy your Pactimo garments for as long as possible. As such, we stand by our commitment to repair or replace defective garments. Some typical repairs may include the replacement of a faulty zipper or fixing split seams. 

If you have a warranty claim, please upload a photo (or multiple) and send it to help@pactimo.com with the subject heading “Warranty Claim” and Order #XXXXX. Please also include a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing. Please note, repairs typically take 6-8 weeks.

We will have one of our representatives reach out with additional instructions.

Return Shipping

• Packages must be returned pre-paid: C.O.D. Deliveries will not be accepted.

• Return items via FedEx – Insured, UPS - Insured, or Parcel Post - Insured. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility.

Sales Tax

• In accordance with Federal law, Pactimo charges state and local tax on residents in Colorado, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin and Arizona. Fulfillment

Fulfillment takes place Monday thru Friday, not including holidays or office closures. Please allow up to 2 full business days for your order to process. Extenuating circumstances may apply to expected fulfillment timelines. All dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Made-To-Order (MTO) garments, which includes Jersey for a Cause items, are a collection of individually produced items. We do not carry these items in stock, and they are made after being ordered. They typically take 16-28 days from the date of purchase to receive.
